The menu offered a delightful variety, and the daily specials showcased regional flavors creatively. I enjoyed savoring traditional dishes presented in innovative ways, a true testament to Dutch culinary innovation. What stood out was the option to request hot dishes made to order, adding a personalized touch to my dining experience.Despite the slightly basic rooms, the quality of service and the culinary experience more than made up for it.
